Sign in

User Setup Required

Your administrator will set up your user account and ensure your email address matches the resourceResourceAn entity that can carry out work - a person, vehicle, tool, or room - that you schedule on the planning board. you're assigned to. For more information about how user accounts are configured, see the user setup documentation.

Sign in​

Open the app after installing it and you'll land on the sign-in screen:

Signing in requires credentials from the administrator who set up the account. To get started:

  1. Watch for a confirmation e-mail from Dime.Scheduler.
  2. Follow the instructions in that e-mail to set a password.
  3. Return to the app and sign in with the e-mail address and new password.

Select mobile backend​

The first time the app is used, or after a reinstall, it prompts for the mobile backend to connect to. Choose Production for live use. The sandbox is for evaluation periods, before a production environment is ready.

When the backend and credentials are correct, the app signs in.

Once signed in, you can start exploring the scheduling views available in the app.
