Logging in for the first time is the place to begin, because how you sign in depends on the account type your administrator gave you. If that account is a forms account and the password no longer works, reset password covers the recovery flow. Microsoft Entra ID accounts are managed by your own IT department, so there is nothing to reset here.
Once you are in, create a profile walks you through building a view that matches how you actually plan, rather than working with the default arrangement. That is the one guide worth doing deliberately: the profile you build is what you look at every day.
