Reset password

This tutorial only applies to Forms users. To reset your password for Microsoft Entra ID, contact your network administrator.
Forgot your password and can't log in? Follow these steps to set a new one. If you're still logged in, log out first.
When you next open Dime.Scheduler, you'll land on the login screen:

Click the 'Forgot password' link:

Enter your e-mail address and click 'Send Password Reset Link'. Within a few moments you should receive an e-mail from [email protected]. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Click the 'Reset password' link in the e-mail. It takes you to this page:

Enter your new password. Keep the password requirements in mind:
- Must be at least 6 characters long
- Must contain a number
- Must contain a lower-case letter
- Must contain an uppercase letter
- Must contain a special character
Click 'Reset'. You can now log in with your new password.
