List view

The list view shows the week's appointments as a chronological list rather than on a grid. It's the most compact view and works well for quickly scanning what's on without having to interpret a layout.

What's specific to the list view​

  • Appointments are grouped by day, in chronological order.
  • The first day of the week is taken from the global configuration (typically Monday).
  • The Weekends toggle hides Saturday and Sunday from the list.
  • Zoom, Time range, Pin to now, and Group by resource are not relevant here and their toolbar buttons are disabled.
