About
The about page gathers everything you need to identify, support, or audit a Dime.Scheduler tenant in one place. Open it from the user menu in the top-right of the application, or go directly to app.dimescheduler.com/about.
What you'll find
- Tenant identification - the unique tenant ID and environment name, useful when contacting support or correlating logs.
- License information - the license type, edition, and the modules currently activated for the tenant. For the full breakdown of editions, modules, and thresholds, see the license page.
- Version information - the build of Dime.Scheduler currently running on the tenant, helpful when triaging compatibility questions with the Business Central or NAV connectors.
- Legal & policy links - the terms of service, the privacy policy, and other resources required for compliance reviews.
When to use it
- Opening a support ticket - copy the tenant ID and version from this page so the support team can pinpoint your environment.
- Validating an upgrade - after a release, verify the version number matches what you expected.
- License audits - confirm the active edition and modules without leaving the app.
