Planning Digest

The planning digest feature lets administrators set up an emailing system to send out emails with the planning of a selection of resources. This makes it easy to automatically share schedules with customers and team members.

Configuration

When setting up a planning digest, administrators can configure:

• Frequency: Choose how often emails are sent - daily, weekly, or monthly
• Date range: Select the date range of planning to include in the PDF that is sent in the email
• Recipients: Specify who should receive the email
• Resources: Choose which resources must be included in the planning PDF

The system will automatically generate and send PDF planning schedules according to the configured schedule and settings.
