Introduction
You have two ways to customize the Dime.Scheduler Connector Extension, depending on how far your changes need to go:
- Extend the extension, also known as "dependent extensions"
- Subscribe to the Dime.Scheduler events
Event subscriptions are the lighter option, ideal for minor customizations that don't require much code. Most of the "Send" functions to Dime.Scheduler raise events, so developers can hook into the workflow by subscribing to them. Dependent extensions take more effort and are more complex, but they give you greater flexibility and room for extensive changes to the middleware layer between Dime.Scheduler and BC.
