Appointment subject & body

The text shown in an appointment's subject and body on the planning board is built from a template, not pushed verbatim from the back-office. That lets you decide once which fields - job number, customer, address, task description, etc. - get composed into the text every appointment carries, without changing anything upstream.

Templates are built by dragging fields, free text, and line breaks into a layout. The resulting template is applied to every new appointment that arrives from the back-office.

Changes apply to new appointments only. Existing appointments keep the content they were created with.
