Creating appointments
Schedule work from a Power Automate flow by creating an appointment in Dime.Scheduler. Before you can do this, the job and task must already exist. For the reasoning behind that, see from job to appointment. To create jobs and tasks from the Power Platform, see the previous article.
An appointment ties three things together: a job (the equivalent of a project), a task (the equivalent of an activity within that project), and a resource. In other words, an appointment assigns a task to a resource to be carried out at a specific date and time.
