Dime.Scheduler to Exchange

How it works

The flow from Dime.Scheduler to Exchange works almost exactly like the Microsoft Dynamics back officeBack officeThe ERP or business system Dime.Scheduler plans for - most often Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Resources then see their up-to-date planning in their own email and calendar clients, such as Microsoft Outlook.

Business rules

• Appointments are sent to Exchange for resources where the 'Exchange Integration Enabled' flag is set to true.
• Those resources must have a valid email address and be reachable through the Microsoft Entra ID app.
• You can define additional rules with the built-in rule engine.

Configuration

The connector listens for events in Dime.Scheduler and pushes them to Exchange. To enable that, supply these parameters:

• The client id of the Microsoft Entra ID application
• The client secret of the Microsoft Entra ID application
• The tenant id of the Microsoft Entra ID application
