Group Capacity

Send capacity for a whole resource group at once. Dime.Scheduler reads Business Central's standard Resource Group Capacity matrix and turns it into capacity entries that show up in the capacity component.

This works much like resource capacity, but it generates entries in bulk and applies the same capacity setup to every resource in the group.

To send group capacity:

  1. In the Resource Group Capacity matrix, select the resource group you want to update.

  2. Click the Send Capacity button.

  3. In the window that opens, enter a start and end date. The Resource Group field is already set to the group you selected in the matrix.

  4. Click OK.

Dime.Scheduler generates capacity entries for every resource that belongs to the group.
