Capacity
Push a resource's available working hours to Dime.Scheduler so they show up in the capacity component. Alongside the standard Resources table, Dime.Scheduler reads the standard Business Central Resource Capacity matrix to create capacity entries.
Business Central offers several ways to reach the resource capacity matrix, so you also have several ways to send capacity to Dime.Scheduler.
Resource card
The Actions menu of the resource card exposes two Dime.Scheduler actions: send the resource itself, and send the resource's capacity matrix.
To send the capacity, enter a start and end date so Dime.Scheduler knows how many capacity entries to generate. The resource filter in this window is set for you automatically.
Capacity matrix
To generate capacity entries in bulk for several resources at once, the resource capacity matrix is the better choice. Run the Send Capacity button in the Dime.Scheduler submenu of the matrix:
