Application setup

How do I configure which services to monitor for downtime?

This is static configuration. See this document for more information.

I changed something in the application setup but users don't see any changes. What do I do next?

Ask the users to clear their browser's cache by hitting CTRL + F5 in all of the browsers they work in.

User administration

I changed a user role but users are able to do things they aren't supposed to. What has gone wrong?

Chances are the users haven't logged out since you made the change. Ask them to log out and log in again, and evaluate if that did the trick.

Field templates

Where is the setting to change the body text for appointments?

Field templates is the answer.

Localization

New label translations are not shown in the planning view?

To increase performance, translations and global configuration are cached in the browser. A simple CTRL + F5 in the planning view should do the trick. Read more about it here.
