Capacity
Alongside the standard Resources table in Business Central, Dime.Scheduler leverages the standard Resource Capacity matrix to create capacity entries, which comes into effect in the capacity component.
There are several ways to navigate to the resource capacity matrix, and consequently there are multiple ways to send the resource capacity to Dime.Scheduler as well.
Resource card
Under the Actions menu of the resource card, the Dime.Scheduler provides two actions: send the resource to Dime.Scheduler and send the resource's capacity matrix to Dime.Scheduler.
To send the capacity, you'll need to enter the start and end date so Dime.Scheduler can generate the right amount of capacity entries. The resource filter in this window will automatically be set.
Capacity matrix
To generate capacity entries in bulk for multiple resources, the resource capacity matrix would be a better choice. Here too can Dime.Scheduler be put into action by invoking the Send Capacity button in the Dime.Scheduler submenu of the matrix:
