Planning digest

The planning digest is currently in preview. Functionality and behavior may change between releases. Not recommended for production-critical workflows yet.

The planning digest lets administrators set up an emailing system that sends out a PDF with the planning of a selection of resources. This makes it easy to share schedules automatically with customers and team members.

Configuration

When setting up a planning digest, administrators can configure:

• Frequency: how often emails are sent (daily, weekly, or monthly).
• Date range: the date range of planning to include in the PDF.
• Recipients: who should receive the email.
• Resources: which resources are included in the planning PDF.

The system generates and sends the PDF automatically according to the configured schedule.
